|  Westminster Woods is located in the redwoods of western Sonoma County, 70 miles north of San Francisco. With a variety of cabins and deluxe housing, The Woods' charming, year-round facility welcomes groups of all ages for retreats, family camps, and meetings. Our unique environment offers redwoods and wildlife habitat for study, peaceful meditation and exercise.

Housing
Our year-round facility accomodates groups of 10 to 250 in a variety  of housing. Our Deluxe Lodges include a kitchen area, indoor bath, and a living/dining area for small gatherings or meetings. Linens are available upon request.
Cabins with bunks have bathrooms
nearby, and are grouped to provide a
sense of space. Cabin Groups include campfire areas and a meeting room to
use exclusively during your stay.
Meeting Rooms
The Woods has a variety of spaces to meet your group's needs, ranging from the cozy Woods Inn to the spacious yet comfortable Homestead. All of our spaces can accomodate audio-visual equipment, and coffee service is available in your meeting room, also.
Dining
Our spacious dining hall can accommodate up to 250 people. For barbecues and special events, we also have outdoor eating areas.
If your group will be participating in the challenge
course or a field trip off the grounds, sack lunches are available.
Our kitchen offers a wide variety of delicious and nutritious meals. We are often  complimented on the quality of our food. A complete salad and fruit bar is available for either lunch or dinner, and guests are always welcome to go back for seconds. We are also happy to provide vegetarian entree options for members of your group who request it. Sample menus are available upon request.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 am, Lunch at 12:30 pm, and Dinner at 5:30. Our scrumptious Sunday Brunch is served at 10:30 AM. A variety of tasty snacks are also available upon request.
Nearby
The historic town of Occidental, 3 miles south, offers a variety of dining and shopping adventures. Within a short drive of our facility are the Russian River recreation area , Armstrong Redwoods State Park, and the Sonoma Coast State Beaches along the Pacific Coast Highway. You can also enjoy golf, tennis, kayaking, movies, wine tasting, and much, much more — all without getting on a freeway!
